Welcome to Max’s Website about his grandfather’s in World War II

Text Box: I never met my Grandads, but I knew I only had 2. Their names were Max and Cyril. They were very brave to go into war and lucky to survive. I wonder what the war was about and I’m glad it’s over. Grandpa Max was in New Guinea and Borneo. Max got 4 medals. I am named after him. Grandpa Cyril was in Africa and Crete. He was a prisoner of the Germans for 4 years. Cyril got 6 medals. He lost his leg in the war. I am very lucky to have grandparents.
